We provide architectural drawing services to homeowners across London — from initial design advice through to planning and construction drawings — at a price that makes sense for a residential project. We also act as Principal Designer under CDM regulations where required.

Fees shown are indicative. Final costs confirmed after an initial conversation. Excludes structural engineer fees, planning application fees (currently £548 for a householder application), and building control fees.
Terrence is led by Oliver Partington, an architect by training with over 15 years of experience at some of London’s most respected practices, including Allies and Morrison, Mæ, and Parti. We set up Terrence to make genuinely good architectural design accessible to homeowners, at a cost that reflects the scale of a residential project.
We work across London on ground floor extensions, loft conversions, side returns, and internal renovations, producing planning and construction drawings that are clear, buildable, and competitively priced.
